Join Chef Elisa Da Prato for The Metaphysical Pasta Class. A Sunday afternoon workshop tutoring the making of fresh pasta dough, the pressing of it into supple sheets, and the romance and energy transference which occurs therein.

Eggs, flour, Ovid and unconditional love. Class will culminate in me making our pasta for us all to eat, in the style of The Nymph, bound with market butter, rose petals, bright sage, tart lemon, and the cosmos. All materials provide, along with a floral tonic for all. Wines available for purchase.

This is a small class with limited seats and we’re going to have a lot of fun. You’ll go home with a bit of pasta to cook later and the recipe and know-how to start to make fresh pasta for your loved ones into the future and beyond.
