Chef Elisa Da Prato leads an intimate workshop on the fundamentals and joy of making fresh pasta. Just bring yourself and an open heart, and we will provide the rest. Elisa will guide the group through the creation and kneading of the dough and then the rolling and pressing into the supple sheets used in our Nymph pasta. The class will conclude with Elisa cooking and serving the group's pasta to the class, bound with market butter, rose petals, bright sage, and tart lemon. We'll discuss Ovid, love poems, and the proper fundamentals for you to be able to cook for your loved ones into the future and beyond!

A floral tonic will be served to all, wines will be available for purchase. Class cost includes all materials and meal at the end.
