An afternoon class on the joyful fundaments of making fresh pasta at home. Participants will learn together how to mix, knead, press, and cook fresh pasta with Elisa's joyfuyl metaphysical perspective on cooking. Any level of cook is welcome to attend. The class will culminate with a dish shared by all.
